Sir, I quite agree. 

It’s a feeling, you see. 

A poem is a symphony 

Cacophony of everything 

We want to feel and say and be

It’s in poetry that we find resolution

Solution

 

Salutations, dear sir,

It’s in poetry that we are heard

That our heart sings 

And our soul peaks. 

 

No, no one reads poetry

Because poetry was meant, 

Not to be read

But to be felt in every fibre of your being

 

Poetry is the music of the soul 

The harmony of the written word

The expression of all the pain and joy 

Intertwined.

If  you’re reading poetry, 

You’re doing it wrong.
